1. Use of Service

Aperture Pro is designed specifically for registered NDIS providers in Australia. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, including the NDIS Act 2013 and relevant privacy legislation.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the service. Aperture Pro utilizes temporary, time-bound JWT tokens for authentication. You must not share your master API keys or authentication tokens with unauthorized third parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

Aperture Pro provides human-reinforced machine learning insights and recommendations based on the data you provide. We do not provide regulated financial or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for any billing, rostering, or compliance actions taken based on the platform's outputs.
