At Aperture Pro, we take your privacy and the privacy of your NDIS participants extremely seriously. This policy outlines how we handle, process, and protect your data.

1. Information Collection

We collect information only when you explicitly interact with our systems. We do not scrape, aggregate or collect information from any third parties. We only access your confidential business information when you authorise us to connect to your systems via API or manual upload. This includes CRM exports, case notes, and roster schedules.

2. Zero Training Data Policy

Aperture Pro uses your data strictly for your own private tenancy. We never use your private information, confidential business information, proprietary case notes, participant information or other data, other than to benefit you directly.

3. Data Usage Policy

Aperture Pro never sells, supplies or otherwise makes available your private, confidential or proprietary data to any third party, including in either direct or anonymised form. Your data never leaves our intergated Australian datacetner environment.
